(as a service user),

I Would like to post a note of extreme thanks to the team at the health centre. DR Albiston pre her departure, Dr Taylor, Anna the nurse and nurse  Diane, reception the  Advanced practice team and generally the whole team!

I have been a patient for 7 years, sadly now leaving the practice due to a move. I have received care to an extremely high standard that was truly individualised and personal. I felt listened to, valued, cared for and respected. The team really go above and beyond to provide a seamless service. Even whilst adapting to Covid restrictions the team have still ensured a patient's needs are met through online e consult, telephone contacts and where absolutely necessary face to face review.

I hope I find a team of practitioners as knowledgable capable and caring when I register in our new location! I would have no hesitation in recommending this GP surgery to anyone, a family centred practice with core values of putting the patient at the centre of the journey.

Thank for you sharing your positive experience with us! Individualised and personal care is what we all strive to achieve and it is always lovely to know when a whole team have gone above and beyond to give patients a seamless service (especially over a 7 year period and a pandemic).
