"Hospital is Fine"

Hospital was fine although difficult for parking ( no spaces) but my problem was with Podiatrist Dept

I visited as requested and although extremely attentative appeared to forget future arranged telephone appointment to arrange supply insoles after waiting over 12 months to be seen initially. After many contacts finally got another “ telephone “ appointment which was kept this time by the Podiatrist but he was totally at a loss as to why “ He” was calling me !!

I’ve just given up on NHS podiatry service .. I’ll continue to buy my own orthotics which I might add that the Podiatrist said were totally useless !!! Honestly what’s the NHS coming to ??? No wonder public come across as angry ... many of us have suffered dreadfully with pain during the Pandemic ... but does anyone care !!!
