"Never had any problems"

My whole family use the practice, and have done for 3 years. They are understandably busy at the moment but so it does take a while to get through on the phone. I arranged an appointment via the NHS website last month and a member of the team called me to check what time would be suitable. The doctor called me when arranged and took time to listen to my symptoms and suggest potential solutions. I felt the doctor put me at ease and gave appropriate support and advice. In the past, when face-to-face appointments were a thing I found staff and doctors at the practice to be pleasant and helpful. Compared to our old practice where we used to live, Garforth Medical Centre is fantastic and I really can't fault them working as they do under incredible pressure, even before the pandemic. Thanks to all staff at Garforth Medical Centre for everything you do for the people of our community.
