You can't get help if nobody answers the telephone. I called many times at all hours. Got nothing!!

I have heard about people complaining about this place but I didn't want to believe it. It is true.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns about our telephone system and the delay in responding to your calls. I apologise for the distress and inconvenience caused by our service.

We take great care to respond in a timely fashion to phone calls; we appreciate your time and effort to contact us. As a result of the massive transformation of services and the implications of the pandemic, we are currently facing a high volume of calls. Because all calls are important to us, the Trust has launched a project to upgrade our phone system to reduce delays at the front door.

Again, my sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
