(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Ever since I have been on 4 North everything has been good. The staff are so great. I am just eager to get home in time for an important family event and for some well needed rest. I just had a query about getting hay fever tablets which I didn't get an answer to. I would have normally taken the tablets at home and without them my eyes have been quite sore recently because of this. Not a big deal at all just a minor comment to make.

Dear Chafs75 - thank you for this feedback and for your kind comments about the staff, I know that they will really appreciate your kind words. I understand that you are keen to get home if you have a family event you would like to attend. I will raise the issue of taking hayfever tablets with the staff so that this can be looked into.
