"I feel listened to by staff"

The staff have all been extremely pleasant and helpful. Communciation has also all been very very good. I am confident around the staff and have no fear in asking any questions, with all answers being detailed and keep me informed. My care and treatment is all explained very very well. I feel I get enough privacy on the ward. I am fortunate to receive pain relief as and when I need it.

One thing I would say is that the ward is very understaffed.   I know I am involved in decisions surrounding my care and feel listened to by staff which is a positive. The ward is very clean and the facilities like the showers and toilet are excellent. The food is good and I have enough acces to water. I wouldn't be afraid to have any of my personal belongings out on show. Although one thing I could suggest would be do get the t. v up and running again as I find myself getting very bored during the day.
