(as a relative),

My mum fell while out on and hurt her ankle. We attended RVH fracture clinic where we met a lovely nurse Caroline. Caroline showed compassion and excellent care that really stood out to us even though they were busy. 

Mums ankle was broken and Caroline took time to cast and explain everything. The HSC Values shone through her and I believe she should be acknowledged for that!
