About: North Devon District Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I had to go to hospital while on holiday in Harrogate but on my return home I have been treated via telephone appointment North Devon District Hospital Urology department. I would like to say a big thank you to all concerned for my telephone support during the pandemic, the staff have all been very very good and understanding, I would also like to thank Mr Moody the consultant.

I have worked in the NHS for over 35 years as a senior Medical Secretary in various specialties. I currently work in the Urology Department providing PA services to the clinical team.

Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to leave such positive feedback regarding the services you have received from our Urology Department. I am sorry to hear that you needed hospital treatment whilst on holiday in Harrogate but pleased that you found telephone consultations were a supportive way to help you during the pandemic when you returned to North Devon. The Trust continues to encourage telephone clinics as much as possible as we go forward to limit the footfall within the hospital. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to Mr Moody and his team.
