On Friday evening my mum had a fall in her garden resulting in a head injury. Unsure what to do for the best I called for an ambulance. The level of care myself and my mum received was 2nd to none. The call handler was very reassuring and arranged the ambulance to attend. The paramedics arrived 20 mins after call which I thought was excellent treated her in the garden as much as they could then took her to hospital for further checks. The paramedics were excellent with my mum and very reassuring as my mum was very anxious after her fall. I can't thank them enough for the care and attention shown to us.

I am so sorry to learn about your mum's fall. This must have been extremely distressing for her, and for yourself too. However it's lovely to read about the care given by the call handler, this must have been reassuring during the wait for the ambulance. I am also delighted to read about the treatment given by the crew who provided excellent care to your mum and hopefully helped to calm her when she was feeling so anxious.

I hope your mum is feeling much better and on the road to recovery.
