"Day 2 of our holiday!"

My 7 year old son broke his arm to the point it was almost a U shape whilst we were staying at Butlins Minehead. We rushed him to A& E, the staff were amazing, every single person that spoke to either of us were friendly, calming and welcoming. We had to stay overnight and the staff on the children's ward (Acorn) couldn't have been more helpful. I was given a bed, a hospital gown so that u didn't have to sleep in my clothes and they fed bod of us and kept us updated the entire time we were there. The morning after we were given Suzanne to support us and help us whilst we were there, my son adored her and she stayed with us every step of the way. When we left I couldn't believe the amazing service we had received compared the the hospitals where we live. I can't thank them enough.
