"Great practice"

I love this doctors. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and my children are with them too. I have needed them, wanted their help and asked them questions. I can’t fault the service they provide here. If the doctor can’t answer me then they go away and come back to me. During covid I had to be seen in person quite urgently and they totally accommodated that. The doctors are fantastic. The receptionists have such a hard job and although not everyone appreciates them having to ask you for details so the doctor can triage you, I have no problems with that at all. I appreciate that if there are people more needy than me that they are prioritised. It’s all about you giving them all the correct information to be able to prioritise correctly. As for my children needing to see them, they have again been amazing. I feel very safe and in good hands from the beginning with the answer from reception through to seeing or more so speaking to the doctor on the phone. Would highly recommend
