"Is anyone there?"

It took me several times to actually get in the phone queue as it kept saying too many callers. When I finally joined it I queued for 45 minutes and was then cut off with no warning! It then took another 43 minutes before I actually spoke to someone who then had to get someone to call me back. This took the rest of the afternoon to happen but I still didn’t speak to a doctor. Are there any doctors there? Has anyone had a face to face appointment since the pandemic? You are asked to book an appointment on line but there are never any available there. You are told not to go to the surgery to queue for an appointment. How do you see a doctor? Too many patients? Too few doctors? You get told “it’s because of the pandemic “. Not everything can be blamed on Covid. If you want to discuss any issues,yes, you’ve guessed it you’re supposed to phone the practice number! Good luck with that!
