"my mother"

About: General practices in Tayside Perth Royal Infirmary / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My mother had had a stroke and has been diagnosed with terminal (because it took the nhs so long to diagnose her condition she was too weak to be operated on) bowel cancer. A big shock and distressing in itself. But we were promised there would be care and support over her last months and that seems to have disappeared.

It feels like we have been left to our own devices and abandoned by the doctors and the nhs and when I phoned the Medical centre for help, this was confirmed to be true, a telephone consultation some way off in the future was the best they can do. I dont know if anyone cares because they wont speak to me but it seems not.
