"Reffered for lump in mans left pectoral"

About: Cwm Taf University Health Board

(as a service user),

Was referred to breast clinic Neath Port Talbot (service run by Cwm Taf) for lump which is very worrying. Staff seemed OK on arrival, doctor asked why I was there which is bloody obvious. Made me feel like I was wasting there time.

I Was told I would have my nipple scanned but when I asked if the lump was going to be scanned they got all defensive and it felt like it was too much effort. I Got told there is nothing wrong with me and basically what are you doing here. Yes I'm a man but I would have went to the men's clinic if they existed.

They never ended up scanning the lump and sent me on my way. I was annoyed by this and when I expressed my opinion they tried to stop me from leaving. If they have made their decision what else can I do. I have felt ill for months now, let's hope its nothing serious.
