"The kindness and care I received was phenomenal"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as the patient),

Today I was under the care of the most fantastic, caring nurses. I arrived and was immediately put at ease by the lovely Vicky. When I went for my endoscopy (the team J MacDonald) who greeted me were fantastic. So kind, caring and just amazing. I was apprehensive but decided to go for throat spray. The kindness and care I received was phenomenal. True Angel's thank you.

Thanks so much for your lovely comments which I will share with the team in Endoscopy Unit as well as Clinical Assessment Unit. It is always wonderful to hear positive feedback from patients when the staff in the units are working so hard to deliver quality care to patients within a busy service.
