"Trying to get information on a vaccine certificate"

Im currently still waiting to get through to someone as I write this   I’ve been waiting 3hrs 45mins to get through to someone, I’ve used my landline to call another number but they are unable to help to me! !

Thanks for sharing what was clearly a very frustrating experience when trying to obtain information regarding your vaccine certificate.

Your story was tagged to NHS 24, as NHS inform is part of the range of services we provide. However, although we have dedicated information on NHS inform in relation to how to obtain your COVID-19 vaccine certificate, the phone number provided to call when seeking this information, is not managed by us. This is managed by National Services Scotland (NSS). I understand you would not be aware of this. Therefore, you may wish to raise your experience directly with NSS.
