"No Communication and still I wait for an…"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Absolutely no communication between the departments. Consultant was supposed to organise further tests, I was told repeatedly they would organise further tests, still waiting for further tests. Had to chase up repeatedly to find nothing had been arranged. All phone numbers given for people in charge of my care were either incorrect, engaged or expected me to leave a message. Never heard back from any. The further tests required were initially recommended by A&E staff but never carried out. Months later I am no nearer to recovery. By no means is this aimed at staff who have treated me with dignity but the care I have received is unsatisfactory.
