About: Northern Health & Social Care Trust / Covid-19 Testing Centre

(as a service user),

I would like to thank Nurse Michelle who completed PCR testing for my daughter yesterday and today for myself and my two children. The children were very anxious and Michelle had a lovely way of putting us all at our ease. I was relieved when I saw her friendly face again today for our testing. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism at a very worrying time for a mum and her kids. We appreciate all you are doing for us.
