This surgery has terrible management. They are not helpful and they dont have any empthay. You are not patient even not client. They behave like you are their slaves.
Couple of example I can give. I needed an operation records from hospital I contacted to hospital arranged everything to get records immediately. And an operation will be arranged based on previous reports. Imperial College hospital staffs are very helpful to deliver reports and they suggested to require over GP so it would be faster.
I arranged everything all details found contacts and contents of the report what we need. But GP management does not send just a basic email.
And I needed to convince them to send that email. legal limit to send document for imperial college is 28 days and GP says ok it will take 28 days. Our Doctor wil come next week wait for her and she can send it. They prefer to use all limits they can use instead of empothay and helping you. and interestingly that 28 days start when tehy contacted imperial college and actually I talked to imperial college records team and they will try sending in a week as soon as GP conatcted them. But interestingly you really need to convince them for just a basic email.
I have more samples like this showing they never have any emptahy and they tend to use all limits they can do. I would change GP but luckly I am planning to move from this area soon.
I lived in hammersmith and hounslow before and both were very helpful and they were trying to help you. I did not need to convice them to a basic task like sending an email.
Doctors and other team are ok. but terrible management for patients.
