Everything about my Covid test experience was excellent. The nurse I saw was friendly & informative making me feel completely at ease with the process. The procedure itself, was much less invasive than I had previously experienced (only having to swab the nostrils, rather than the back of the throat also) and the rapid result time was much more efficient. Being unable to drive, it was incredibly useful to be able to have both my covid test & hospital procedure within an hour of each other causing a lot less hassle and mental anguish. 

Very satisfied!

I am glad that you have found the whole experience to be excellent. It is good to hear that you have found our staff to be friendly and informative and that they made you feel more at ease. We like to reduce patient anxiety about unpleasant procedures, where possible.

I am pleased that you found the rapid testing to be more beneficial and more time efficient, causing a lot less mental anguish and hassle for you.
