This practice based in Hounslow never gives adequate care to mentally unwell people and very difficult for them to help, it seems like the people working there dislike doing there job which is awful to be in care of a service provider that doesn’t want to do the job. Please put more scrutiny and checks on this practice because it’s easy to just google and see how appalling there rating is. I hope they get closed or routinely checked more to keep them up to standards for the most vulnerable.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concern about the inadequate care provide by the service to mentally unwell people. I am sorry to hear that this has been your experience of the team. This is not the level of care we aim to provide to the users of our service and their loved ones.

I'd like to apologise for any distress this matter may have caused you. We take complaints and comments seriously and will continue to reach out to people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect.
