"Discusting "

I know where still In a pandemic and I understand how overwhelmed nhs is at the moment but since yesterday with 111,walk-in and st james a&e with the customer services it's a disgrace. 111 yesterday advised to go too Shakespeare medical centre only to get down there and they couldn't do what they where supposed to do as didont have the equipment as my partner has an ear bud stuck in ear we got told to go too Middleton or lgi but due to buses and Sunday service also roadworks it was inconvenient also had no one to take us and the time aswell. We phoned 111 back up last night she was rude and hopeless so phoned chemist this morning he would do it but didont have equipment, phoned GP up they had no appt and then we tried to phone Middleton no answer so phoned 111 she ran threw few things said a clinician would call back within 2 1/2 hours the clinician phoned back after been on phone to 111 which was quick she advised to go back to walk In after we explain the circumstances what's gone on she went off to speak to her manager or someone and came back to me and said she would book me into at James within 4 hrs we got there signed In then had to see a triage nurse who was arrogant to repeat myself again even though they should of had notes from 111 then went to see nurse she went off to see if they had the equipment to remove object from ear but ent or a doctor came out to say I'd need to be seen at lgi ent in 7-10 days which is stupid because the GP at walk in said id need it to be removed soon as due to been in discomfort and if wax builds up it could be an issue to remove. Attitudes haven't been great and how they are running st james is discusting wouldn't think covid existed down there waiting times is awful and not alot seating people where sat on chairs or floor or the beds. And a bloke which is discusting made that noise and spat in the bins. No one came out to clean the chairs I had to get a wipe to clean before I sat down. Both myself and my partner and families have been let down over the years with NHS covid or no covid. My partner still is in discomfort and object hasn't been removed ! 😡
