About: Lurgan Hospital

(as a service user),

I encountered a rude member of staff at Lurgan X-ray department. The way I was spoken to and treated was appalling.  I felt belittled, stupid and uncared for!

Dear indiary38 - Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you were spoken to rudely and made to feel belittled, stupid and uncared for

I will be speaking to the radiographer involved and making them aware of how you were made to feel. As professional we all strive to deliver high quality compassionate care to our service user.
