I am truly sorry that you feel unsupported by our service, and that you have found staff dismissive of your concerns – this is not the impression we would like any of our patients to take away with them and we are always working on improving our communication methods.

With regard to your perception that we have a high turnover of GP’s, I can confirm that this is not the case. Our GP team has been very stable, 8 of the GP team have been here for between 8 and 20 years with the other members of the team having 3 years’ service or more. In the last 6 months we have recruited a further GP (Dr Sahdia Choudry) and have trained Dr Amy Baker & Dr Priyanka Shaunak, both of whom are completing their GP training with us this August. Dr Baker will be remaining with the practice joining us as a salaried GP in September.
