"Breast Cancer Diagnosis and after-care"

I went to see next available gp, who was Dr. McNeil with a lump in my breast. I was only 31 with no family history of cancer, but he took me very seriously and sent an immediate referral to breast clinic. Since diagnosis and treatment 2 years ago, I have found all the staff at Maghera Health Centre to be caring and professional at all times. Any concerns I have are always listened to and taken seriously, and especially Dr's Niamh and Monaghan are always very compassionate and caring. The treatment room nurses are always professional and efficient when I attend every 4 weeks for ongoing treatments, and the staff at the front desk are always helpful, and go out of their way to accommodate, which doesn't happen too often these days! I feel lucky to be registered with this practice.
