(as a service user),

Everybody was so kind and helpful, from entering the facility to the 15 minute wait afterwards. The team had great camaraderie and despite the number of people they must deal with every day, every patient was treated as an individual and made to feel cared for on a one on one basis. Many thanks to the St Andrews team!
