"Please bring back the old Chalk Surgery!"

When these two surgeris became one I knew it was going to be for the worst, and infact the outcome is absolutely and totally pathetic.
My mum in her 70's doesn't have access to the internet niether does she have a computer or a smart phone, so how is she supposed to contact her GP?....The telephone lines for the medical centre are another Joke!
Im actually wondering if the GP's of the medical centre actually want to help anyone or if there intention is to just push everyone away so they can just sit all day sipping coffee!
Chalk Surgery was years ahead of this place, it was the biggest mistake they made joining with the medical centre!!!
Please Bring Back Chalk Surgery the way it was!!!!

We realise that not all of our patients have internet access and therefore if you call the surgery, the reception team will be happy to help.
