Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to your feedback. Due to a technical problem, I was not alerted to your story and only became aware of it today.

Thank you for your wonderful comment about the general cleanliness within wards and the quiet bays in Ludlow hospital. But more importantly it is heartening to know that your mother received good care whilst she was at Ludlow and that staff were kind and considerate to her. We genuinely appreciate your comment on the need for more Community hospitals for our elderly patients. However, this is not a decision which the Trust can make on its own, but your feedback will certainly help the Commissioners in their decision about future services in the community. I will share your feedback with the staff at Ludlow hospital and the hospital Manager. Your feedback is really important as it helps us improve services and make a difference to our patients.
