(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Very fast at responding when referred.  Staff were fantastic and very empathetic.  They also kept myself and family up-to-date with my progress and treatment.  Dr Todd also attended a number of times and made me feel at ease and explained everything so I could understand.

Overall, my experience with the Acute Care at Home team was outstanding and a very valuable team to the community.  They are friendly, compassionate and I never felt rushed.

Carla the Pharmacist also rang to explain my medications.

Thank you for this very positive feed back.

I am very glad to hear that the standard of care my Team has provided was so high.

The Full Team work very hard together to provide the First Class treatment that Older People Deserve.

Dr Todd is an excellent practitioner as is our Pharmacist, we are lucky to have them.

The fabulous comments you have posted will be shared with staff. This helps increase our confidence and allows us to see how worth while our Service is.
