It's impossible to get through them on the phone to make any appointments, they sometimes hang up and I'm sure they unplug the lines at times, receptionists can be rude at times
The regular doctors are nice but now it seems to be that they are mainly locums who don't know you and your history
They don't do blood tests very gently compared to other places, they press down way harder than other nurses and often your arm bruises badly and hurts all day
