"Rude Receptionist"

Having visited the surgery on three occasions in the last 4 months all I have heard is rude behaviour towards patients from the front line staff. I did feel sorry for patients who were trying there best not to respond of absolute ignorance and appalling behaviour from the receptionists. To cement my conclusion I requested a telephone appointment. I missed the call and when I called the surgery the receptionist asked me to book another appointment via the link sent. When I mentioned that I have run out of medication and if she could help getting the in house pharmacist to call she blatantly refused and asked me to book another appointment. The first appointment took 5 days and now I have to book again and don't know how long it will take. Her attitude was appalling like she did not care that I could be out of medication for possibly 10 days.

Awful,awful,awful and by the way I never rude to her throughout the conversation. I will now look to move to another surgery as I feel they have got too big for there boots.
