About: Liverpool Womens Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

The nurses in liverpool womens hospital kept taking there masks off to talk to each other and when they where talking to me and examining my baby. Most of the staff did not have their masks on fully. Staff are also not always following social distancing rules.
