Thought I would leave a positive review after my experience today. Needed to get medication quickly, got through to the surgery on the 2nd attempt and waited less then 5 mins to speak to the receptionist. Receptionist was lovely and friendly and arranged for me to have a telephone call. Practice Nurse rang and again was lovely & friendly to me and arranged for my medication to be sent to the chemist. No fuss, seamless process which for me was brilliant and I would just like to say thank you
