"Telephone Medicine"

You'll never get to see a doctor here. This is the new telephone only, wait 2 months to speak with a 'practice nurse' General Practictioners LLP.

After having to spend £10 on a flow meter and 2 weeks recording results, results appear to have been lost despite having been hand delivered.

Called to followup to be told next appointment is over a month away.

Been suffering breathing difficulties for over a year now and haven't even seen a real medical professional yet!

Can't run, cycle or walk up hill, let alone do sex. This is destroying my life and Trowbridge Health Centre seem uninterested at best.

Was told that in relation to appointments / referrals it is assumed that everything has been booked or arranged as advised and they don't confirm anything.

How does a supposedly professional activity function on a 'single point of failure', ad-hoc basis...... it appears they do not function.
