About: New Victoria Hospital / Rehabilitation

(as a carer),

Thanks to all the staff of ward 2 New Victoria Hospital for the care and compassion they showed to my mum who was in for a number of weeks. She is home even although we feared she wouldn't be able to live in her own home again. Watching the interactions of all staff with my mum and other patients, it was obvious how much people truly cared and were working to get to know the patients and help them get to a position where they could go home. I found everyone easy to deal with and was provided with excellent information. Discharge went very smoothly and my mum is delighted to be home.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback in regards to your experience of attending Ward 2 of the New Victoria Hospital to visit your mum.

I'm glad your mum is now back home and recovering well in which I can only imagine was an extremely worrying time for all the family.

It was nice to hear how all the staff took the time to get to know your mother while she was in their care and the care she received was of a high standard.

I will be delighted to pass on your comments to all the staff involved who I'm sure will be humbled to hear how they made a difference.

Please take care and wish your mum a speedy recovery from myself and all the staff at the New Victoria Hospital. Your feedback means a lot in this difficult time.
