"Understanding staff in the Virtual ward (General medicine)"

About: Kirklandside Hospital

(as the patient),

Have found the staff assigned to this new "virtual ward" service invaluable since its introduction last year.

Not only are they friendly, but totally understand the my needs, and are feel they are committed to improving the my health.

I cannot give them enough praise for what they have done for me personally and hope this service continues to thrive and if I could give them an award I most certainly would.

Sorry to sound a bit pedantic here, but the service is a "Virtual Ward" as the patients are reviewed and seen in their own home, and is only administrated from Kirklandside Hospital. Would you mind listing it as a Virtual Ward and General Medicine please.
