I was admitted to the A&E dept in June 2021. The initial A&E experience was unpleasant, but it was the nurses and staff of the wards I was on that made it bearable. They took a scared and broken man and made him whole again.
Although I almost instantly forgot the names of the staff that aided me and although, given time, I may forget their faces, I will never forget the kindness patience all underpinned with their professionalism.
