We are sometimes very quick to complain and not so quick to praise. I was admitted to ward 32 on Thursday as I required a small operation. The staff from the minute I came into ward 32 were unbelievable. From the student nurse and auxiliaries right up to the Deputy Sister, they are all fantastic. Jenny, Triona and Miriam in particular were outstanding.. The surgeons and theatre team were brilliant and made the process that little bit easier. You are all an asset to the Western Trust and I can't thank you enough. Keep safe folks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback after your hospital stay. We are always delighted to hear such good feeback about the care on the ward. As a team, we all strive to do the very best for our patients. I will ensure all staff have the opportunity to read it. I will tell staff in our daily team brief and display the feedback on our compliments board on the ward. I will ensure that Jenny, Triona and Miriam receive the feedback as well as it is well deserved.
