About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted for Oesophagoscopy and Balloon Dilatation of Oesophageal stenosis.  From the moment I entered the hospital until I left, I had the best of care in this very well oiled operation.  Each and every member of staff was extremely kind and helpful and I felt that it was important to let you know this as so often we only hear of bad reports in our NHS.  I had exceptionally good care throughout my time in this Department.  Many thanks to everyone involved.
