"Really bad practice "

About: Page Hall Medical Centre

My daughter has had a severe cough, was told to have a COVID test, the result was negative. Rang the surgery for 3 days, waiting 35-40 minutes to get through to the reception then explaining all symptoms but I Was told sorry no appointments available again and again. I then rang 111 and was advised I have to ring the gp because my daughter may have a chest infection or the start of asthma but yet again theirs no appointment available.
