I recently left an anonymous review which had negative aspects and I have had the generic reply from the surgery full of non sensical wording stating that they will not investigate any anonymous reviews due to that fact that they could be malicious etc etc. In that case, please can someone explain why there is a positive anonymous review which has a response stating that they will pass their comments on to the team & thanking them. This should have had the response that they cannot deal with anonymous reviews.
This surgery needs to get its priorities right, negative reviews whether anonymous or not need addressing and investigating. You can’t just not deal with them if you don’t like what they are saying but pass the message on when it’s a good one.
Positive reviews are earned and when this surgery improves it’s services in relation to wait times and phone lines it will get honest positive reviews that haven’t been asked for by the surgery... but until then they will continues to have negative reviews and they must be dealt with.
Also I’ve seen a positive one that’s come in since the surgery’s Facebook positive review plea from someone stating that we should all use the online services to book appointments, unfortunately I am no able to use this service for my son as I was told he cannot have access to it so I have to be on hold for long periods of time before I can get him an appointment.
