"poor service- appointment not kept by surgery"

About: Bellevue Medical Centre

My medication is under review and being reduced. Previously, the doctor began to reduce the dose in February 2021. At my next appointment 3 months later another doctor said I need blood tests before she would review the dose. I made another appointment for her to discuss this after the blood tests results were due back. That appointment has not been kept by the doctor today and I have not received the promised telephone consultation. The surgery is now closed. I now need a third appointment for the same discussion. This is poor service. So far 2 doctor's appointments have been wasted and my treatment is still awaiting review.
