"Exceptional care throughout a very difficult birth"

About: Borders General Hospital / Maternity care

(as a service user),

A huge heartfelt thank you to every member of staff at the Borders General Hospital. It’s only when your a patient yourself that you truly appreciate the amazing work everyone of you do and the difference your kindness and dedication to your job makes to the lives of others.

I would like to give special mention to all the staff in labour and ward 16 for looking after me so well.  Although my labour wasn’t the easiest, your care, attention and professionalism meant the world to me and I’m so grateful.
