(as a service user),

I had an appointment at the clinic today and it was an excellent, efficient  experience.  Jo and Lynne were very friendly, they both took time to explain everything they were doing and everything that was going to happen when I go in for surgery.  I didn't feel rushed and was able to ask as many questions as I needed to.  Lynne even managed to get blood first go with no bruising!  The department felt very safe and clean.  Thank you for making a worrying time as pleasant as it could be.
