(as a service user),

I have never had a Covid test before, though had heard it was 'uncomfortable', as also stated in the invitation letter.  I must say I was pleasantly surprised that it was better than my self-imposed lateral flow test, which did make me gag.  I can only assume it was to do with who takes the swab, Jane being very gently. 

I left home in South Molton at 11.45 for a 12.15 appointment, and was back home to collect my wife at 12.45, much to her surprise!  A very efficient turnaround, thank you.
