"Professionalism"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Urology

(as the patient),

Visited the Urology Department on 17th June '21, for an Ultrasound. Despite all of the poor NHS stories we are subjected to on a daily basis, can I just say the professionalism of the staff, was exemplary. I felt at ease, from the moment I went in. Nurses, communicative and friendly, Doctor, thorough and likewise, very friendly and approachable. Perhaps patients should consider their own attitude, when entering the Hospital space. Being friendly, even if you're a little scared, costs nothing and I'd wager it'll make the staff respond in kind and feel better about their day ahead...
