Just had to say how lucky I am to be a patient at Grenoside Surgery, all the staff are so lovely, helpful, sympathetic and thorough, yes I’ve been 17th in the que when booking an appointment but it’s understandable in these difficult times and when the receptionist answers they are always so patient, I actually prefer this system, rather than waiting in the surgery!!

Thank you for such kind comments which I have shared with all of the reception team and other colleagues. It is so appreciated when patients take the time out of their busy lives to compliment my staff and the surgery - so again - THANK YOU !

Finally thank you for recognising and understanding the pressures being faced by the surgery during these challenging times - we strive to provide the best service we can to our patients whose numbers are rapidly growing all the time.
