"Care received on ward 1B"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Accident and emergency Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was admitted to Ward 1B at Pilgrim Hospital after checking myself into A& E with severe dehydration. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and I couldn’t stop being sick for a couple of days. I was nervous as I’m not brilliant with hospitals.

The care was excellent, the facilities were good and so was the empathy, it was very calming
