Pharmacist Carla phoned and followed up call with a print out which was invaluable.  

Staff provided little on the service but the leaflet provided was clear and welcome.

Thanks for your comments which have provided excellent feedback towards our goal of continually improving our service.

I am very happy to hear that Literature that we provided was clear and concise. And that the service provided by our Pharmacist was of a high standard.

With regards to our verbal explanation about our Care provision I will speak to our staff at our Daily Team Safety briefings and highlight the very important task of verbally providing information about our service on admission and throughout a persons period of care to compliment written information.

Your feedback will enable us to enhance the care we provide for Older People.
