The doctors obviously do a good job when you get them face to face. But getting to the point is extremely difficult or even a phone call. My little girl had a chest infection and they wouldn’t see her with out a covid test - that was Wednesday, did test but came back Saturday ( doctors now shut) .. ended up on the weekend s having to call 111 as the infection had now caused her ears to have a infection, because of excessive coughing, if they had just seen her or even acknowledged she was poorly .. she wouldn’t have had to go through the pain, rolling around, crying in agony- she’s only 3. But the Doctor just wouldn't see her … she had no symptoms for covid.

On a separate note, trying to even physically get through to the doctors is astonishing.. you could be waiting over an hour just to get through to the reception to be told, no appointments for 4 weeks.

I also find their facebook post quite passively aggressive..
Eg.. about being kind and understanding. Which is perfectly acceptable - obviously-
but they are also referring to a circumstance that happened in the day - (they don’t name) they just say that someone’s been doing that day - they start with …. We would just like to remind people …..
but if that person ( whatever the did) was having a mental breakdown over
Their frustration getting through to doctors etc… ( which it was) .. how is that okay to put that on Facebook. Wouldn’t just reminded people that we must come together and support each other in hard times…. Instead of the singling out.

The amount of people that came for an appointment and was turned away (whilst I was waiting for me appointment in the waiting area) was approx 3 people - in the space of 10 minutes.. with the receptionist saying they had the wrong time… that cannot be right, there is obviously something going wrong there. These people was really upset, as some couldn’t come back.
